Acacia Jurkowski

Acacia is from Warrensburg, Missouri. She received a B.S. in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Spanish from Missouri State University in 2022. She worked as a substitute teacher for a year before returning to Missouri State University where she received her M.S. in Chemistry in 2025. She joined the Kim lab as a graduate student in the fall of 2025 where she focuses on studying the structure of polyketide synthases. Outside the lab she enjoys watching TV shows, knitting, and reading.
